Plan. Track. Improve.
Send your production plans to the shop floor and track output, downtime and scrap digitally. Prodys helps you collect and report shop floor data in a structured way through operator terminals and tablets.

See more clearly what is happening in production
Finding out what happened on the shop floor only at the end of the shift makes it harder to understand the causes of losses and to make the right decisions in time.
Downtime goes unrecorded
When the duration and cause of downtime are not tracked consistently, the same problems keep coming back.
Paper forms and late data entry
Forms collected at the end of the shift lead to late and incomplete data.
Scrap and rework are recorded late
Scrap and rework quantities are often reported as estimates.
Operators lack up-to-date information
Current work orders and technical drawings reach the station late, or not at all.
From planning to production tracking

Organise customer orders and turn them into a production plan using station, hourly output and setup data.
Send jobs to the shop floor
The plan you publish appears on the operator screens.

Operators enter job start and finish, downtime, scrap and rework on a terminal or tablet.
Evaluate with reports
Review production, stations and losses with daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Core features for your shop floor
Order and production plan management
Manage recurring customer orders and their changes. Adjust orders with rules such as lot multiples, minimum and maximum production quantities, production frequency and consolidation frequency; turn them into a production plan using product–station assignments, hourly output rates, setup data and alternative machines.
Material requirements and line feeding
Calculate daily, weekly and monthly material requirements from the plan, and derive hourly and daily line feeding information.
Digital operator screens
Operators access current work orders and product drawings at the station, and start, stop or switch jobs and downtime.
Downtime tracking
Record downtime durations and causes for each station.
Scrap and rework tracking
Keep scrap and rework records by raw material and by product.
Production reports
Get daily, weekly and monthly production, downtime, scrap and rework reports by product group and station, and build your own reports as needed.
You don’t need a large automation project to start tracking digitally
Prodys collects production data through operator entries on terminals and tablets. In suitable use cases, this lets you start tracking your shop floor digitally without investing in additional sensors or PLCs.
Prodys doesn’t require a comprehensive ERP system either; it handles the entire process from order to report on its own.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install PLCs or sensors for Prodys?
No. Production data is collected through operator entries on terminals and tablets. In suitable use cases, no additional sensor or PLC investment is required.
How do operators enter data?
Using the terminal or tablet at the station, they start and stop jobs and downtime, switch jobs and put the station on hold. They also record scrap and rework there.
How are production plans sent to the shop floor?
You publish the appropriate plan from those prepared in Prodys; it then appears on the operator screens of the relevant stations.
Which production and downtime reports are available?
Daily, weekly and monthly total and per-station output and downtime by product group; a detailed production report; downtime by cause; total scrap and total rework reports. You can also build your own reports.
