Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This notice explains how Apis Business Solutions (“Apis”), acting as data controller, processes the personal data of visitors to apissolution.com and of people who contact us, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Personal data we process
When you get in touch with us through our website, the following personal data may be processed:
- Identity and contact details: name, e-mail address, phone number, company name.
- Request details: the subject and message you enter in our contact forms.
- Technical records: access logs kept by the hosting provider for security purposes (IP address, date and time, browser information).
The forms on our website open your own e-mail application. The information you enter is not stored on our web server; it reaches us only through the e-mail you send.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your contact and appointment requests, to evaluate quotation and information requests, to communicate with you about our products and services, to keep our website secure and to fulfil our legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, being necessary for the data controller to comply with its legal obligations, and being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact forms on our website, the e-mails you send us, phone calls and the technical infrastructure of the website.
6. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions where required by law and to the e-mail and hosting infrastructure providers we use. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result that arises against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You may send your requests, together with information identifying you, in writing to the address above or by e-mail to [email protected]. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
